Official Rules

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

2. Eligibility: Q60 (the "Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of United States who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Built2Offend, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members are not eligible to enter.

3. Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes official end time will be announced at least 30 days before the end of the Sweepstakes period. All entries must be received during this time to be eligible for the prize drawing.

4. How to Enter: During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible participants can enter by purchasing any product from our shop or by mailing 1x paper enclosed in an envelope with proper postage to: Built2Offend 23883 Madison St Torrance CA 90505 that has the following information: first name, last name, phone number, full mailing address, and email address (1 entry). There is no entry limit per person during the Sweepstakes Period. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or received after the Sweepstakes Period will be disqualified.

5. Prize: One (1) grand prize will be awarded. The prize is 2017 Infiniti Q60. No cash or other substitution of the prize is permitted. The prize is non-transferable.

6. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Winner will be provided with instructions on how to obtain Vehicle at a location to be determined by Sponsor. Winner will be required to personally retrieve the Vehicle as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Winner must provide a current, valid driver's license and proof of insurance/registration before taking possession of Vehicle; failure to show same may result in prize forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner. Registration, title, licensing fees, taxes (including, but not limited to, sales taxes and income taxes), insurance and costs associated with the Vehicle, including any travel and transportation costs associated with collecting the Vehicle, if applicable, are solely the responsibility of the winner. Any upgrades or options not on the Vehicle as delivered are solely the responsibility and are at the sole expense of the winner. All expenses not expressly specified herein are solely the winner's responsibility. The winner is responsible for proper ownership and operation of the Vehicle, and Sponsor is not liable for any damage to the Vehicle once it is in the winner's possession. Additional terms may apply. Prize is expected to be available for delivery, as described herein, within sixty (60) days of winner confirmation.

7. Winner Notification: The potential winner will be notified by phone within seven (7) business days following the drawing. The potential winner must respond within three (3) business days to claim the prize. If the potential winner does not respond within the specified time or is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.

8. Publicity: By accepting the prize, the winner grants the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional and advertising purposes without further compensation.

9. Sponsor: The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Built2Offend

10. General Conditions: Winners are solely responsible for any taxes on their prize, if any. The winner may receive an IRS Form 1099 for the retail value of their prize as the prize may be taxable to the Winner as income, if applicable. Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either expressed or implied by Sponsor.

11. Limitations of Liability: Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or illegible entries, or for any computer-related, online communication, or technical malfunctions that may occur. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the Sweepstakes.

12. Governing Law: The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

LEGAL WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL, WHETHER OR NOT A PARTICIPANT, TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE, DESTROY, TAMPER OR VANDALIZE THE WEB SITE OR INTERFERE WITH THE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND DILIGENTLY PURSUE ALL REMEDIES AGAINST ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

13. Winners List: For the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Built2Offend 23883 Madison St Torrance, CA 90505 within 30 days after the end of the Sweepstakes Period.

By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.

14. Privacy: Personal information collected from participants will be used for the purpose of administering the Sweepstakes and may be shared with third parties involved in the Sweepstakes for prize fulfillment and delivery.
