• We accept exchanges for standard orders for up to 15 days from the day of purchase. *Not applicable on custom items, mystery items or items marked for final sale only.*
• Buyer pays for shipping cost for return label for exchanges or non-defective returns.
• Please get your exchange started by emailing us with your Name, Order# & reason for exchange.
• All returns will be credited to the original form of payment, minus shipping costs.
• Please allow 10-12 business days for receipt, processing of your return, and credits to appear on your statements.
